Firstly you need to register a custom domain for your blog.You can select any of registrar for domain registration.I chose Godaddy to register my domain.Just go to Godaddy and register on a domain name.It will be costing around $10.You may get domain for just $1.99 after applying coupons

Step 2: Add registered domain name to your blog

Go to Settings > Basic > + Set up a third-party URL for your blog

Step 3: You need to give your registered domain name here and click on save

Once you have given your custom domain name and click on save it will show an error message saying "We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 9." and you will get two CNAME records and two 4A recodes needed to further process

Step 4: After getting this info Go to your Godaddy control panel or where ever you register your custom domain

Go to Godaddy control panel  >> Domains >>All Domains.You can see a list of all your registered domain names on this page as shown below and click on the domain name which you want to configure

Step 5: Now you head over to domain name settings page.You can see the domain name settings, contact information and additional settings on this page.Click on Manage DNS option in the additional settings

Step 6: Now you need to add CNAME records and A records that you noted in blogger settings in this page.Enter the two CNAME and its value on the Records as seen below

Step 7: You need to add 4 A records too.Click on Add button select A from the drop-down menu.Type @ in Host and below IP addresses in point to the text box.Here is the 4 IP address you need to add A records

1. 216.239.32.21
2. 216.239.34.21
3. 216.239.36.21
4. 216.239.38.21

After adding 2 CNAME records and 4 A record saves the setting and get back to blogger settings and click save changes.Now you will not see the error message in blogger dashboard and your custom domain is started to working now.
