How to add automatic read more button for blogger

This is a post for blogger to place read more button to blog.it is that if your post is very long

it show only some sentences in home pages and and give a link to read full story.it also show picture that you included in your blog post as a thumbnail in home page

It help browser to load your page suddenly

  ADD READ MORE BUTTON FOR BLOGGER

1 - Go to Dashboard > Design select "Edit HTML"
2 - Tick on "Expand Widget Templates"

3 - Find this code "<data:post.body/>"  and Replace this code with following code

Note:
To change number of charactors shown when there is no thumbnail,modify the value "490"
For the numbers of characters shown when a post has thumbnail, modify the value "400"
If you want larger thumbnail modify value "160" for height and "180" for width
